A variety with the PRV M legend ending, with worm-shaped labrys with the rare abbreviation PO instead of POL in the obverse legend.

Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. The epaulet with one row of rings, placed on the lower folga. Above on two folgas are crosses in crux deussata position. The sash contains the same crosses. Two-flap crown with two rings in the inter-flap space. Apple with one band of jewels, curved downwards. Decoration on both hemispheres. The king holds a broad sword with one shavings in his hand. The engagements are pollinated. The sash composed of two lines and crosses is placed in a mirror position in relation to the normal. The chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contains flints, between which are placed vertical sticks instead of flint. The horizontal belt of apple jewels contains crosses arranged in the position of crux deussata. The surface of the breastplate covered with rings. From the same rings is built a bow with two ribbons , in the outer ring the legend:

Reverse: A five-field shield with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the coat of arms of the Vasa family, crowned with a crown with a closed rim with 6 cross-shaped jewels, with two fleurons, with a reticulated background, topped with a royal apple; On the sides of the shield the date 16-22 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a corded rim, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Nicholas Danilovich in an ornamental shield:
