Obverse: crowned royal bust in plate armor, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Prussia:
STEP-D-G-REX-PO-M-D-L;
Reverse: denomination III, below it in a row the Eagle of the Crown, the coat of arms of the Dragon Teeth of Batory in an ornamental cartouche and the Coat of Arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below them the date 15-85 divided by the bottom of the cartouche, below it the legend in three lines:
