A beautifully preserved and quite precisely made imitation of the Vilnius trojak
Gloss and patina.
A very rare, fancy coin with the titulature and portrait of Stefan Batory and the date 1565, where the king began his reign in 1576!
What's more, the reverse bears the Vasa coat of arms - the Snop.
Thus, we have a trojak associated simultaneously with three reigns: Sigismund Augustus, Stefan Batory and Sigismund Vasa.
Definitely recommended.
Obverse: Head of Stefan Batory to the right, wearing crown and armor, in the rim the inscription STEP D G REX PO M D L;
Reverse: Eagle and Pogo, above them the denomination III, at the bottom a small shield with the WAZ coat of arms separating the date 15-65 and an inscription in three lines
