Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. epaulet with two rows of small circles withcrosses between them . The wing contains only rosettes. Thetwo-cornered crown with a cap, with one row of jewels and three crosses. Two crosses are placed on both fleurons, the third above the heraldic lily. An apple without decoration with two bands of jewels. The king holds a narrow sword with a tapering head with two shavings. The sash is linear. The sash is formed by three folds of matter arranged in parallel. The bow with a single ribbon without a knot. The chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contains chairs made of two bails, the longer ends of which are intertwined and wrapped inward. The flint, which together with the flint forms the link of the chain, contains a large oval gemstone from which two bundles of rays emerge. The apple in the vertical band of jewels has three crosses. The obverse legend incorporates the numeral 16 in an undomesticated oval, indicating the value of the orta equal to 16 pennies., in the outer rim the legend:

Reverse: A five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Coat of Arms of the House of Vasa, crowned with a crown with a closed rim with 6 jewels in the shape of spheres and crosses, without fleurons, with a reticulated background, topped with a royal apple; On the sides of the shield the date 16-21 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a corded rim, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Mikolaj Danilowicz in an ornamental shield:
