A rarer variety of triplet with a mint mark at the end of the obverse legend, on the reverse the Lewart coat of arms in a decorative shield.

Obverse: royal bust in crown to the right, in the rim legend without punctuation SIG III D G REX POL M D LIT;
Reverse: denomination III, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pose of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below it the legend in three lines with punctuation in the form of stars GROS ARG/TRIP REG/POLONIAE, below it the coat of arms of the Levart in an ornamental round shield, between the initials of the Grand Treasurer of the Crown Jan Firlej I-F and the date 15-91;
