A beautiful piece. A coin rarely seen in such good condition.

Item appreciated with the highest NGC grading, among those given so far.

Obverse: in the rim a crowned royal bust to the right, below it the initials T.L.B., in the rim a legend punctuated by the Slepowron coat of arms:
IOAN.CASIMIR.D.G-REX.POL.& SVE:;

Reverse: in the pearl rim crowned with a five-cornered crown, with 5 rosette fleurons, a five-field decorative shield with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, sides denomination marking 1-8, in the outer rim legend:
