A beautiful mint piece of one of the rarest coins of the Free City of Danzig.
Coin offered by us for the first time in our history.
The coin was minted according to Erik Volmar's design after the ordinance was changed in 1935 and the silver parity was abandoned.
Obverse: coat of arms of Gdansk supported by lions, above it the motto NEC/TEMERE/NEC TIMIDE;
Reverse: in the linear border a view of the city hall, in the left field *, in the right field the value mark 10, in the outer border the legend:
Freie Stadt Danzig 1935 Zehn Gulden;
