Obverse: in the linear rim a crowned five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Sas of the Vasa dynasty, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the denomination 3 in the coat of arms:

Reverse: in the linear rim a royal apple, inside of which the denomination mark 24, on the sides of the cross an abbreviation of the date 1-8, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Podskarbie Daniłowicz in a shield of arms of the Polish type, beginning and ending with stars:
