Obverse: crucifix supported by angels, superimposed on it the coats of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, in the rim a legend:
MEMORY: ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNION OF LITHUANIA WITH THE CROWN;
Reverse: Mother of God with a child above an anchor with a symbolic stripe and an image of concordia, in the rim legend:
1569 THE TWELFTH OF AUGUST 1861;
