Obverse: crowned royal bust in plate armor, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by the denomination designation in a decorative cartouche:

Reverse: coats of arms Eagle - of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and Pogo - of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below them a legend in three lines:
GROS ARG/TRIP M D/LIT-VA and the date 15-80 punctuated by the Dragon Teeth coat of arms of the Batory family in an ornate cartouche;
