Obverse: bust of the king in armor and cloak, with the Order of the White Eagle, in the rim the legend:

Reverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania on red plasterwork, and the Ciołek coat of arms of the Poniatowskis, the escutcheon girded with an oak-palm wreath with a ribbon with the Order of the White Eagle; on the ribbon the motto of the order PRO FIDE GREGE ET LEGE; under the escutcheon the initials F.-S., in the rim the legend:
