Variety with a right branch under the Order's ribbon.
Obverse: the King's head to the right, in the rim the legend:

Reverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Ciołek coat of arms of the Poniatowskis, in a palm wreath banded with a ribbon with the Order of the White Eagle; below it, separated by the Order's initials F--S- (Frederick Sylma mincmaster of Warsaw) and the denomination 8-GR, surrounded by the legend:
