A variant of the wreath not described in Parchimowicz and Brzezinski.

Obverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Poniatowskis, set on a laurel and palm wreath, in the rim the legend:
