A variant of the wreath for variety with 8 laurel leaves, not described in Parchimovich and Brzezinski.
Obverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Ciołek coat of arms of the Poniatowskis, the escutcheon on a laurel-palm wreath, in the rim the legend:
STANISLAUS AUG.D.G.REX POL M D.L.;
Reverse: inscription in 6 lines:
