Variety with the PRVS M legend tip, with worm-shaped labrys.
Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. epauletwith three rows of rosettes. Wing with rosettes. four-bar crown . apple with two jewel bands. Lower hemisphere with mesh decoration. The king holds in his hand a broad sword with two shavings and a beveled hilt. Lineated sash . The surface of the sash contains small circles. The broad chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contains only flints built of two double-barreled segments. The two jewel bands of the apple contain rosettes. On the upper hemisphere, the sides of the vertical belt of jewels lack rings, in the outer rim the legend:

Reverse: A five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the coat of arms of the Snopes of the House of Vasa, crowned with a crown with a closed rim with 4 cross-shaped jewels, without fleurons, with a reticulated background, surmounted by a royal apple; On the sides of the shield the date 16-22 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a corded rim, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Mikolaj Danilowicz in an ornamental shield:
