The variety with the PRVS M legend ending, with labrums in the shape of open snails.
Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. The epaulet with two rows of circles between which rosettes are placed. Wing with rosettes only. four-cornered crown with rings in the inter-cornered space. Apple with two bands of jewels. Lower hemisphere without decoration. The king holds a narrow sword with armor and a centrally rounded hilt. The sash with hoops. The surface of the sash contains bulges covered with very fine circles. The edges of the sash are constructed with hoops. The links of the chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contain only flints constructed of two double-barreled segments. Both belts of the apple jewels contain rosettes. On the upper hemisphere, one hoop each is placed on the sides of the vertical jewel belt, in which two rosettes are visible. Below the horizontal jewel band, five circles are visible. A bow with two ribbons ending in short tassels, with a large knot., in the outer ring the legend:
