Obverse: royal bust wearing a crown, and armor, with a tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms Lewart of the Great Crown Treasurer Jan Firlej in the shield:

Reverse: denomination III, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pose of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania between the ornaments, below it the legend in three lines:
GROS-ARG/-TRIP-REG-/-POLONI-, below it the abbreviation of the date 94 and the mint marks of the ring and triangle of the miners Goebel and Gonzalo between the ornaments;
