Obverse: crowned with a five-crowned crown with five rosette fleurons legend:
SIG III D G/REX-POL/-M-D-L-; on the sides of the crown two five-petal rosettes;
Reverse: in the corded rim an eagle with the Snopes coat of arms in a shield on the breast, in the outer rim a legend beginning with a five-petal rosette, punctuated by the Lewart coat of arms in a shield of arms:
