Obverse: in the pearl rim a crowned royal bust in armor, with a tubular orifice, to the right, in the outer rim the legend:

Reverse: in a rope border, an eagle with the coat of arms Snop in a shield on the breast, with its head heraldically to the right, with 7 feathers in each wing, in the outer border a legend, punctuated by the coat of arms Lewart in a shield of arms:
