Obverse: crowned royal bust, in armor and cloak, with tubular orifice, to the right, in a pearl border, in the outer border a legend separated by the coat of arms of Sas, the Grand Treasurer of the Crown Nikolai Danilovich:

Reverse: crowned shields with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, on the sides of the shields the date 1-6/2-3 in a pearl border, in the outer border the legend:
