Obverse: royal bust wearing a crown, and armor, with a tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Lewart Jan Firlej in a shield:

Reverse: denomination mark III, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pose of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, on their sides stars below them the legend in three lines:
