A very nice representative of the Lublin trojak.
Old, dark patina.
A rare and interesting variant, not described in the Iger catalog variant:
- under the bust of the king the number 3 (?) in ligature with the letter G, while the cross with a clear tail (flower?).
Definitely recommended.
Obverse: royal bust with crown to the right, in the rim a legend with punctuation in the form of crosses SIG III D (flower) G3 REX P M D L;
Reverse: denomination +III+, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle - of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Sheaf - of the Vasa dynasty and the Pogo - of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below it the legend in three lines with punctuation in the form of a dot and crosses GROS ARG/TRIP REG/POLONI, below it the date 1598.
