Obverse: royal bust wearing crown, and armor, with tubular orifice seen from above, to the right, in the rim legend with dot punctuation SIGI 3 D G REX PO M D L and mint mark;
Reverse: denomination .III., below it the coats of arms Eagle - of the Crown of the Polish Kingdom, Snop - of the Vasa dynasty and Pogo - of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania decorated with dots, below it the legend in three lines with punctuation in the form of dots GROS ARG/TRIP REG/POLONIAE, below it the coat of arms - Lewart of the Grand Crown Treasurer Jan Firlej between initials I-F and crosses, on the left the abbreviated date 95, on the right hooks.
