Obverse: royal bust wearing crown, and armor, with tubular orifice seen from above, to the right, in the rim legend with dot punctuation SIGI 3 D G REX PO M D L and abbreviated date 95;
Reverse: denomination III, below it the coats of arms Eagle - of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, Snop - of the Vasa dynasty and Pogo - of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below it the legend in three lines with punctuation in the form of dots and colons GROS ARG/TRIP REG/POLONI, below it the coat of arms - Levart of the Grand Crown Treasurer Jan Firlej between initials I-F and crosses, on the left a flower, on the right a mint mark.
