Variety with the PRV M legend ending, with worm-shaped labrys.
Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. The epaulet with two rows of circles between which rosettes are placed. Wing with rosettes only. four-bar crown without circles. apple with two bands of jewels. Lower hemisphere with decoration. The king holds a narrow sword with armor and a centrally rounded hilt. Linear sash. The surface of the sash contains bulges covered with very fine circles. The links of the chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contain only flints constructed of two double-edged segments. Both jewel bands of the apple contain rosettes. On the upper hemisphere, one circle is placed on the sides of the vertical jewel belt. Below the horizontal jewel belt, 7 circles are visible. The bow with two ribbons ending in short tassels, with a large knot., in the outer ring the legend:

Reverse: a five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Coat of Arms of the House of Vasa, crowned with a crown with an open rim with numerous jewels, with fleurons, surmounted by a royal apple; On the sides of the escutcheon, the date 16-23 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a rope border, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Mikołaj Daniłowicz in an ornamental shield:
