Obverse (partly after D.Pączkowski): Half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. The epaulet with two rows of helices with crosses between them. The sash contains the same type of rosettes. The four-wing crown without a cap, with two rows of jewels and three rosettes. Two rosettes are placed on fleurons, the third rosette is set on a heraldic lily. An ornate apple with two bands of jewels. The king holds a broad sword with a tapering head with two shavings. The sash is linear. The sash is made up of two or three folds of matter arranged in parallel. A bow with two ribbons and a small knot. The chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contains chairs made of two bails, the longer ends of which are braided and wrapped inward. The flint, which together with the chair forms the link of the chain, contains a large oval gemstone from which two bundles of rays emerge, in the outer ring the legend:
