Variety with the ending of the obverse legend PRV M.
Very rare variety with the error SM instead of SAM in the reverse legend illustrated in the catalog of D. Pączkowski.
Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. The epaulet with two rows of small ovals with rosettes between them. The wing contains only rosettes. Two-bar crown without net cap with large rosettes placed on fleurons. Lateral heraldic lilies formed from rosettes. Apple without decoration with two bands of jewels. The king holds a broad sword with a tapering head with two shavings. The engagement is wavy. The sash is narrow with a surface formed of densely arranged small lines. Thesurface of the bow shows a wavy pattern. The obverse legend ends with a large oval, in the outer rim the legend:

Reverse: a five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the House of Vasa, crowned with a crown with a closed rim with numerous jewels, surmounted by a royal apple; On the sides of the escutcheon, the date 16-21 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a rope border, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Mikołaj Daniłowicz in a Polish-type shield:
