Obverse: coat of arms of Gdańsk in a cartouche supported by two lions, in a chainmail, in the outer rim a legend beginning with a shield with a bear paw sign and a mint mark:

Reverse: bust of Sigismund III Vasa wearing a crown to the right, with the Order of the Golden Fleece on a chain of 6 flints, wearing armor and a cloak studded with jewels, in the chainmail, in the outer rim a legend:
