A beautiful, distinctive piece, with lots of mint luster and a fine patina.
Very good presentation, minor surface imperfections, typical of these pennies.
Coin in NGC slab with a high AU53 grade for this type of penny.
A very rare mintage, the first year of minting during the Jewish lease of Felix, who, after taking over the Vilna mint in 1555, explicitly limited the issuance of this denomination until 1558, when he received permission to lower the monetary rate.
Variety with the ends of the LIT/LITVA legend.
Definitely recommended.
