Circumferential pieces, with beautiful luster and extremely charming patina.
Imperfections of the sheet, characteristic of these coins.
Coin in NGC slab with high AU58 grade.
Rare in this state of preservation.

Second vintage of the Lithuanian quarters, a denomination introduced in 1565.
Inscription variety L / LITV.

Obverse: in the pearl border, a royal bust wearing a crown and plate armor; to the right, in the outer border, a legend with punctuation in the form of triplets: SIGIS AVG D G REX PO MAG DVX L;

Reverse: crowned coats of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Pillars of Gediminas - the historical coat of arms of Lithuania - in the pearl rim; on the sides of the crown, trilobes; under the shields, the denomination IIII; in the outer rim, a legend punctuated with trilobes: COIN MAGNI DVCAT LITV 1566;
