Sigismund I the Old, Groschen for Prussia 1529, Thorn - NGC MS61

A very nice piece.

A variety with PRV/PRVSS legend ends.

The coin appreciated with the second highest NGC grading among those given so far.

Obverse: in the pearl rim the eagle of Royal Prussia, in the outer rim the legend started with a five-petal rosette:
GROSS*COMV*TERR*PRVSS*1529;

Reverse: in the pearl rim a royal bust wearing a crown and plate armor, to the right, in the outer rim a legend:
*SIGIS*AND*REX*AFTER*TO*TOCI*PRV;
