Sigismund I the Old, Groschen 1535, Danzig

A nice piece. Patina, tarnish. Beautifully preserved mint luster in the background.

Variety with two trilobes.

Obverse: in the pearl rim crowned coat of arms of Danzig, in the outer rim the legend started with a trilobed:
GROSSVS*CIVIT*DANC3*1535;

Reverse: in the pearl rim a royal bust in armor and crown, to the right, in the outer rim a legend beginning with a trifoliate:
SIGIS*I*REX*PO*TO*TO*CI*PRVSS;
