Russia, Nicholas II, 10 kopecks 1912 ЭБ - NGC MS66

A beautiful, absolutely mint example of a silver coin of Nicholas II.

On the obverse are the initials of Elikum Babayanets from the penultimate year of his administration of the mint.

The coin appreciated by the NGC with the third highest, among the notes given so far.

Obverse: eagle of the Russian Empire of the 1886 design, below it the tail-separated initials BC;

Reverse: in a laurel and oak wreath crowned inscription:
