Rare and desirable dated consular obverse legend (CONS IIII). This coin is part of the coded Eqviti series (see first letter "I" in right field, which is the fourth letter of the EQVITI word struck by fourth officina, i.e. officina "Q").
Almost full original silvering. Only the 3rd example of this variant known!
