Obverse: royal bust wearing laurel wreath, armor and monarch's mantle, to the right, under the bust initials T.L.B. Titus Livius Boratini, in the rim the legend: IOAN-III D G REX POL-M-D-L-R-P-.
Reverse: crowned two-pointed crown with three trefoil fleurons, with 4 jewels in the rim and 10 jewels on the bails, three-pointed shield of arms, with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Sobieski family coat of arms - Janina without decorations; under the crown the denomination mark VI, under the shield the date 16-83; in the rim the legend divided by the Leliwa coat of arms in an oval shield of arms:
