Obverse: royal bust in laurel wreath and armor, to the right, under the bust initials T.L.B. Titus Livius Boratini, in the rim legend: IOAN-III D G-REX POL-M-D-L-R-P;
Reverse: crowned two-pointed crown with three trefoil fleurs, with jewels on the bows, a three-field escutcheon, with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Sobieski family coat of arms - Janina with bows at the bottom of the coats of arms, between the coats of arms the mint's initial C; under the crown the denomination mark IV, under the escutcheon the date 16-80; in the rim a legend punctuated by the Leliwa coat of arms in an oval escutcheon:
