A rare variety with a rosette between the shields.
Obverse: in the rim a royal bust wearing a crown, armor and cloak, with the Order of the Golden Fleece, to the right, in the outer rim the legend:
IOAN CAS D G REX POL & S M D L R P;
Reverse: in the rim crowned two, slightly curved shields of arms with the coats of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, with bows at the corners, above, under the crown the designation of the denomination VI, below, the initials -A-T- divided by the coat of arms of the Snopes of the Vasa dynasty in a simple shield of arms, in the outer rim the legend divided by the Ślepowron coat of arms:
