Obverse: in the rope border a royal bust wearing a crown, armor and cloak, with the Order of the Golden Fleece, to the right, in the outer border a legend punctuated by the Slepowron coat of arms in a shield:

Reverse: in the linear rim crowned two, slightly curved shields of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, above, under the crown the denomination mark VI, on the sides of the crown rosettes, below, the initials -T L--B- divided by the coat of arms of the Slepowron dynasty of the Vasa dynasty in an ornamental shield of arms, in the outer rim the legend:
