An exquisite mint piece. Slightly deficient.
Only described in an article by T. Poniewierk in the Warsaw Numismatic Diary, a variant with a punctured reverse legend, where the R is punctured with the P in POL.
The first vintage of Jan Kazimierz's sixpence of Poznan with the characteristic bust and initials of Nicolaus Gilles - administrator of the Poznan mint on the reverse.
Obverse: royal bust in armor with 4 buttons on the chest, with a protruding lace collar, with a cloak fastened with a rosette-shaped jewel, in the rim a legend punctuated by the Ślepowron coat of arms:

Reverse: crowned two, slightly curved shields of arms with the coats of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, between them a rosette and -, above, under the crown the denomination mark VI, below, the initials -N-G- punctuated by the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty in an ornamental shield of arms, in the rim a legend:

A coin of great rarity, definitely worth recommending.
