Obverse: in the pearl rim a royal bust wearing a crown, armor and cloak, with the Order of the Golden Fleece, to the right, in the outer rim a legend:

Reverse: denomination III, on its sides initials A-T, below coats of arms of the Crown and Grand Duchy of Lithuania, divided by a crowned shield with the coat of arms of the Snopes of the Vasa dynasty, below legend in 4 lines:
