An item practically unobtainable in such excellent condition.

An undescribed hybrid of a type 1 obverse with a type 4 reverse, where the only variety with a type 1 obverse is rated by Szatalin at rarity grade R7

Obverse: in the rim bust of the king wearing a crown, armor to the right, on the sides denomination mark I-8, in the outer rim legend:
IO:CASIM:D G REX-POL-M-D:L RVS:PRVS &-;

Reverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, Grand Duchy and Vasa, outer rim legend:
NEC:NON:SVEC:GOTH:VAN:D Q HE:REX;
