Lviv orthos of excellent provenance, from the collection of Dariusz Pączkowski.
Reverse of the coin illustrated in the latest catalog of orts by Igor Shatalin (p.178).

A specimen piece, selected, circa-denominational.
Beautiful luster with local mirroring, sharp relief, only minor minting imperfections.
Importantly, very well struck, without any offset or vibration of the stamp, so characteristic of these coins.
One of the most beautiful Lvov orts to appear on the domestic collector market - a great rarity.

Inscription variation with a mistake in the legend: IO CASIM (...) / NEG (...) SVHG GOT VANDL (...).
The letter G in place of the letter C on the reverse.
