Obverse: crowned, five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty in a linear border, in the outer border a legend punctuated by the value sign 3 in the shield:

Reverse: royal apple with the value mark 24 inscribed in it, on the sides of the cross the abbreviation of the date 5-9, in the linear border, in the outer border the legend punctuated by the Wieniawa coat of arms beginning and ending with five-petal rosettes:
