A very rare type of bracteate depicting the head of a prince with a cross at the top, a tower and gonfanon on the sides.
One of the rarest and latest brakteats of this type.

An exquisite circular piece, with a beautifully preserved luster in the background.
Slight disc loss, not affecting the legibility of the drawing.

Coin occasionally listed on the auction market, worthy of recommendation for the best collections.

Obverse: a head in a helmet under a cross, between a pennant and a turret, a pearl trim all around.

Silver , diameter 16 x 17 mm, weight 0.12 g.
