A very rare mint type in the name of Alexander minted during the reign of Antigonus I.
Variety with mint mark - prora and monogram in left, and caduceus in right field.
Obverse: head of Alexander in the scalp of a lion, clockwise;
Reverse: Zeus on a throne, mint marks and legend in the fields;
Silver, diameter 16.7 x 17.2 mm, weight 4.05 g.
