A beautiful, periwinkle piece. A cut in front of the portrait, minor neisseries.

First vintage of regular issues of August II sixpences.

Obverse: royal bust in armor, robe and crown, to the right, in the rim legend:
AUGUST-II-D-G-REX-POL-M-D-LIT-&-ELECT-SAX-;

Reverse: crowned coat-of-arms shield of the Polish type with the coats of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below it the coat-of-arms of the Wettin Dynasty, below the crown the denomination mark VI-, next to the Wettin shield the initials E P-H* of Ernest Piotr Hecht - administrator of the Leipzig mint from 1693 to 1714, along the rim the legend:
