Obverse: bust of the ruler to the right, in the rim the legend:
FRIED-WILHELM KOENIG VON PREUSSEN;

Reverse: crowned shield with the coat of arms of Prussia, below it on two branches the mint mark E, on the sides of the shield the date 17-88, in the rim the legend:
3 EINEN R.THALER;
