Obverse: Roman and Krystofor holding a cross, in front, in the rim legend:
ROMAh' ЄT XPISTOFO AЧGGb';

Reverse: Jesus on a throne, surrounded by legend:
+IhS XPS RЄX RЄGNANτIЧM.

Gold, diameter 20 x 21 mm, weight 4.5 g, axis 6 h.
