A type of denarius called "fraternal" minted to manifest the agreement between brothers Casimir (the Just) and Mieszko (the Old).
According to Kiersnowski, the object in the hand of both brothers is an apple(glob) - a symbol of power.
According to Kalkowski, the brothers raise a chalice for the health of the senior Boleslaw.
Variant with a star and cross on the obverse.

Beautiful mint piece, shiny.
Definitely recommended.
