Cross awarded to Dr. Capt. rez. Feliks Olas - participant in the Polish-Bolshevik war, editor of "Czata", advisor to the Ministry of Treasury, doctor of law, later prisoner of the Kozielsk camp, victim of the Katyn Massacre.
Preservation condition of items good to very good.
